Custom mattress design

Design of mattress structure of any type

a) spring mattresses (based on standard Bonnell or independent spring units as well as on custom solutions); b) springless mattresses (based on foams and natural latex).

Aesthetic design and visualization

Custom selection of fabrics as well as decorative and functional elements of the mattress followed by graphic visualization of the finished product.

Economic
estimate

Calculation of the optimal price of the finished product taking into account the selected design options.

Mattress assembly

Automated assembly

LAMIT assembly line (Germany) allows saving significant time on assembly of standard mattresses due to automated scanning, layer glueing and pressing.

Manual assembly

For mattresses of custom structure and shape. This method stands out for high quality due to individual assembly of every single mattress and strict control of the production process.

Tricover

Wrapping the basic unit and the comfort layers of a mattress in a protective stockinet using TRICOVER technology (the Netherlands).

Quilting knitted and jacquard fabrics

Multi-needle machines

Quilting on multi-needle machines by DAHMEN (Germany) and GRIBETZ (USA) produces a rolled sheet with a basic continuous quilted pattern (more than 100 patterns available), well suited for optimal cutting.

Single-needle machine

Quilting on the single-needle machine by DUEFFE (Italy) provides the fabric with maximum volume and softness as well as patterns of any type and complexity (including custom patterns). The sheet is cut into appropriate sizes simultaneously with quilting.

Padding

A wide range of natural and synthetic padding materials for quilting that give fabric volume (padding polyester, hollcon) and additional qualities (wool, bamboo and silk fibers etc).

Sewing mattress covers

Removable covers

Sewing removable mattress covers on NAHTEC equipment (Germany): a) a separating zipper on the four sides of a cover divides it into two parts and allows removing either one or both of such parts for cleaning; b) a separating zipper on the three sides of a mattress allows removing the cover for cleaning without dividing it into separate parts.

Non-removable covers

Sewing non-removable covers with perimeter tape edge on RESTA equipment (Italy).

Additional elements

A wide range of functional and decorative elements are used to sew mattress covers: handles, decorative tape, bands, tape edges, 3D mesh fabric, air vents, labels, zippers, zipper pulls etc.

Pressing and rolling

The automated line for pressing and rolling mattresses using TEKNOMAC equipment (Italy).

Wrapping in film

Automated wrapping of mattresses in polyethylene film on DUEFFE equipment (Italy) with the option of double separate packing available.
